To know what interests you on the website and what needs fixing, the website records how it is used: which pages you open and for how long, how far you scroll, what you click, which videos you play, what you search for in the song list, where you came from (for example YouTube), your type of device and browser, and your approximate location (city, based on the IP address). A recording of movement through the page (scrolling, clicks) is also kept, so I can see where people get confused.
What is not recorded: what you type into fields (for example, an email address is always masked in the recording), passwords, or the IP address (it is only used for the city and is discarded immediately).
The data stays on this website's server and is not shared with anyone (there is no Google Analytics and no advertising network in this analytics). Your device is recognised by the cookie ga_id (up to 400 days). Recordings are deleted after 60 days, individual clicks after 400 days. If you have “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” turned on in your browser, nothing is recorded.
You can turn off tracking on this device with one click, or write to me and I will delete the data about your visits.
Recording of website use
Recording of website use is turned on on this website. What happens on the pages of this website while you use them (page content, scrolling, mouse movements, taps and clicks) is recorded, so a visit can be viewed as a screen recording, both afterwards and while it is happening.
Only this website is recorded. Nothing else can be seen: not the rest of your screen, not other tabs and websites, not the apps, photos and files on your device, not the camera or the microphone. When you leave the website, the recording stops.
Why: to find and fix technical problems (a button that does not respond, a page that does not load or does not look right on some phone, an error when buying or sending a recording), to be able to help when someone tells me that something does not work, and to make the website easier to use.
What you type into fields is masked in the recording (it shows only as asterisks), except search fields. Passwords are not recorded, and you enter card details at PayPal, outside this website. Only I see the recordings; they are kept on this website's server and deleted after 60 days. You can turn the recording off with the button above, and if your browser sends “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”, nothing is recorded.
Messages through the website (“Pišite mi”)
When you write to me through the “Pišite mi” (Write to me) window on the website, your messages and my replies are stored on this website's server, and, if you leave them yourself, your name and email or phone number, so I can get back to you. The conversation is linked to this browser (cookie ga_razg, up to 400 days), so you can see the reply when you come back to the website. If you left an email and do not see my reply on the website within 10 minutes, I also send it to that email (from goran@goranamadeus.shop), with a link that takes you back to the same conversation. Only the reply to your message, no advertising. When someone writes to me, I get a notification on my phone or by email. If you book a call through the chat, the data from that form is also stored (name, where you are from, keyboard, what is giving you trouble, a short description, phone number, Viber or WhatsApp and the chosen time), so I can contact you at the agreed time; I also get this data by email, with a reminder before the call. An offer I open for you in the conversation can be viewed only by you, and only until the deadline written next to it. Write to me if you want me to delete the conversation.
Recordings of your playing (“Pošaljite mi snimak”)
When you send me a recording of your playing, the recording, your name, email, Viber/WhatsApp number if you leave it, your message, and the city and device you sent it from are stored on this website's server. The recording is not kept in the public part of the website: only I can see it, after logging in with a password, and I never publish or share it. The email you leave receives a confirmation that the recording has arrived and my reply (from goran@goranamadeus.shop), nothing else. I delete the recording when it is no longer needed, and immediately if you ask for it by email or message. An upload that was not completed deletes itself within 24 hours.
Ads for musicians
When you publish an ad or a profile on the ads page, your email, name, phone number, the content of the ad, pictures, recordings, messages and the payment data reported by PayPal are stored. The email is not shown publicly; the phone number is shown when a visitor clicks “Prikaži broj” (Show number). When you reply to an ad, the owner of the ad receives your message, name, number and email. Recordings and pictures are stored on Cloudflare and are publicly visible while the ad or profile is active. You log in with a link sent to your email (cookie ga_og, up to 90 days). Expired ads and profiles are deleted together with their pictures and recordings after 60 days, and you can delete them yourself right away. More: Ad terms (na našem jeziku).
Language choice
If your browser's first language is English, the homepage opens this English page. If you choose a language yourself (English or “Na našem jeziku”), the cookie ga_jezik remembers your choice for 1 year and the homepage then opens in that language. The cookie stores nothing else.
